"They helped so much with my knee issues. They helped with treatment and explained everything thoroughly. I also learned what physical therapy and exercise movements will work for me to assist with strengthening my legs. I always felt that I could reach out if I needed to and I loved that the staff would check in on my post treatment to see how I was doing. I got a lot of knowledge from them that will help me progress in my workouts."

Common FAQs

Is PRP Therapy safe?

Yes, PRP is generally safe because it uses the patient’s own blood so there is no risk of rejection or allergic reaction.

Are there any side effects?

Possible side effects include mild swelling, bruising, or soreness at the injection site, but these usually subside within a few days.

Is PRP Therapy Painful?

The procedure involves a blood draw and injections, so there may be mild discomfort but is generally well tolerated.

Who should NOT get PRP Therapy?

PRP may not be suitable for individuals with blood disorders, active infections, or certain chronic illnesses. A consultation with a healthcare provider is required.

How soon will I see results?

Results vary, but many patients notice improvement within a few weeks to a few months as the body heals naturally.

Do I need rehab after PRP therapy?

Yes, a guided rehab or physical therapy plan is usually recommended to maximize recovery and restore full function.

What makes your PRP treatment plan different?

We don’t just do injections. Every patient gets a full treatment plan, including PRP therapy, personalized rehab, recovery therapies like sauna, red light or PulseWave, and ongoing guidance to ensure long-term healing and performance.

How many PRP treatments
are needed?

The number of treatments depends on the condition being treated. Some patients need only one session, while others may require 2-3 treatments spaced a few weeks apart.

How long before I can return
to work or exercise?

Everyone is going to be different, but most people can return to exercise and work the same day.  There will be some minor modifications in activity based on the injury and treatment plan, but our team will work with you to get you back to normal activities as soon as possible.

How long is a PRP session?

A typical PRP session lasts about 30-60 minutes, including blood draw, processing, and injection.
